I qualified as an Occupational Therapist at Coventry University in 2012 and have worked in the NHS for over 10 years. During that time, I’ve worked in multiple clinical settings, taking a special interest in:
- orthopaedics
- moving and handling
- and rapid response and crisis support.
Whilst working in orthopaedics, I developed a passion for musculoskeletal work and discovered sports massage as a therapy. In 2019 I qualified at the Oxford School of Sports Massage.
I am still an active Occupational Therapist in the NHS and now in private practice, providing the following therapies alongside Private OT work in Herefordshire:
– Musculoskeletal expert
– Movement
– Independence
– Injury recovery
– Rehabilitation
– Strength and performance
– Better quality of life
